IT’S WINE DOWN WEDNESDAY!
Does anyone else feel like this is the longest week ever? I feel like the days are dragging themselves backwards, not to mention the diseased-kiddies have given me their ten-year-old germs. Pretty sure I’ve coughed out a lung, so I’ve ordered my hazmat suit. It’s pink. So, sadly, my WDW will wait, but you don’t have to!
I tried a little something new just for you , called Twisted Moscato.
What I think:
- It’s a light, fresh wine that doesn’t take much to get used to.
- Since it’s a Moscato, it’s on the sweet side with some hints of your normal citrus and melons.
- According to the bottle, it’s won 37 gold medals and voted a best buy since 2007 by Wine Enthusiast. To me, it wasn’t that fantastic, but worth the $9.
Taste: Sweet, citrus, honeysuckle, melon
Pair: According to the site, salad or dessert – but, to me, it’s a nice after dinner wine.
